However, we’d be happy to exchange any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, or undamaged and retain the original tags, within 7 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style. No returns/refunds.

Please Note:
1. Discounted products cannot be exchanged.
2. Fashion Accessories and bags cannot be exchanged.

Once we receive the product, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will process your request and issue a credit note through which you can place another order with us. Please note, the validity of the credit note shall be six months from date of issue.

Only a credit note will be issued on exchange and no refund will be given. The credit note will be issued equivalent to the invoice value of the product exchanged. Credit notes can be redeemed in full within 180 days from the date of issue to place another order from our website. Please note, that partial usage of the credit note is not permitted. A credit note issued for an online purchase can only be used online and not at our stores.

In case of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures.
